Job Title: Expert Business Analyst

Job Description:

The Apex Systems team is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Virtual Health Technologies project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new processes and systems
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance activities

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in business analysis or a related field
  • Strong technical proficiency and business acumen
  • Experience working on large healthcare integration initiatives/projects
  • Experience with change management and training clinical end-users
  • Familiarity with clinical systems such as Meditech, PARIS & Profile
