- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience and driving sales growth.
- Inventory Management
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing stockouts.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
