Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Activities: Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute transportation schedules, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of computer equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and minimizing downtime.
  • Training and Development: Provide technical guidance and training to staff members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for growth and development.
  • Logistics and Scheduling: Coordinate and assign work tasks, ensuring efficient use of resources and meeting deadlines.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, maintaining a well-stocked inventory.
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in electronic scheduling software, MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and with attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, and team player.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn, with a permanent employment duration and 35-40 hours of work per week.
