As a key member of the WSP USA team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the Bus Transit Group by leveraging existing skills, researching market intelligence, and setting strategic direction. You will foster a collaborative, innovative team environment and identify and evaluate new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Grow the Bus Transit Group by leveraging existing skills, researching market intelligence, and setting strategic direction
  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients, and drive the growth of the group
  • Oversee Bus Major Pursuits and Projects: Take charge of the successful bid and execution of complex, multidisciplinary proposals and projects, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality, sustainability, and client satisfaction
Strategic Planning and Execution

Work with other WSP leaders to develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Managing and growing a technical/engineering staff and promoting a Transit Center of Excellence
  • Leading and managing Bus Transit projects across Canada
  • Having in-depth knowledge of bus transit systems and strategic planning and project management expertise
