Warranty Clerk Job at Formule Service Prestige

Join our team as a Warranty Clerk at Formule Service Prestige in Bécancour, QC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for submitting all manufacturer's warranty claims and ensuring timely resolution of warranty-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submit warranty claims to manufacturers in a timely and accurate manner
  • Process and analyze warranty claims to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve warranty-related issues

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience as a Warranty Clerk or in a related role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Working Conditions:

  • Business hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm
