Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Wright Construction Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the construction process, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the construction process, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by following all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
  • Perform physical labour, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment.
  • Operate aerial lifts and aerial work platforms, and maintain certification.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in construction or a related field.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Aerial lift and aerial work platform Certification.
  • Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate.
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Fall Arrest Protection Training Course.
  • Own transportation and a valid driver's license.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, with physically demanding tasks and repetitive activities.
