Rammac Industries Ltd. is seeking a skilled Fabrication Shop Helper to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate metal cleaning equipment to remove excess welds, rust, scale, and other materials from metal products.
  • Assist structural steel and platework fitters, sheet metal workers, metal machine operators, or other metal workers in the fabrication process.
  • Sort and organize metal sheets and parts, scrap metal, and other materials in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Grind or chip excess metal from metal products using hand tools.
  • Clean and maintain machines and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Load and unload vehicles as needed.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fabrication shop or related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects.
Work Environment:

Fabrication Shop Helper will work in a dynamic and fast-paced fabrication shop environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines.

Language:

English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.

Hours:

32 to 35 hours per week.
