Job Description

The North Transportation is seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our delivery fleet. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations, including supervising workers and projects, preparing reports, and coordinating activities.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train a team of delivery drivers and support staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Prepare Reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize logistics operations.
  • Coordinate Activities and schedules to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Ensure Health and Safety regulations are followed and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Recommend Personnel Actions and participate in the hiring process to ensure the right candidates are selected for the team.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a logistics or transportation role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
