About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Paramount 1 Interior Ltd. as a Construction Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our construction team with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Site Preparation: Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mixing and Pouring: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt under the guidance of experienced tradespersons.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Support and Assistance: Provide support and assistance to tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed by supervisors.
Requirements
  • Work Term: Permanent position with a regular 40-hour workweek.
  • Work Language: English language proficiency is required.
