We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our team at EMCO Corporation. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient flow of materials and products throughout our warehouse and distribution center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Picking, packing, and shipping customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Receiving and verifying incoming vendor shipments and customer returns
  • Loading and unloading trucks, operating forklifts, and other material handling equipment
  • Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines
Requirements
  • Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; college and/or university degree an asset
  • Minimum of 1 year of warehouse experience
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to learn and operate material handling equipment and software systems
  • Intermediate math skills and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
  • Previous experience with or knowledge of plumbing and building products sold at EMCO Corporation
  • Experience using Trend, Eclipse, Word, Excel, and Outlook
