Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Operations Director to lead our team at the Wilshire Inn Hotel. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Supervise staff
  • Conduct performance reviews
  • Conduct training sessions
  • Perform front desk duties
  • Implement marketing activities
  • Arrange for and oversee maintenance activities
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs
  • Develop and implement business plans
  • Establish work schedules
  • Manage events
  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Provide on-site services
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
