We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mortgage Finance Specialist to join our team at JinXi Financial.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong financial acumen and excellent communication skills to work in a dynamic environment, promoting sale of credit and loan services and network to develop business relations.

As a Senior Mortgage Finance Specialist, you will be responsible for approving or rejecting applications, researching and evaluating loan applicants' financial status, and reviewing and updating credit and loan files.

You will also be involved in interviewing applicants for loans, preparing statements on delinquent accounts, and submitting credit and loan applications to management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Approve or reject loan applications based on thorough evaluation of financial information
  • Research and evaluate loan applicants' financial status, references, credit, and ability to repay loan
  • Review and update credit and loan files to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Interview applicants for loans to gather relevant information
  • Prepare statements on delinquent accounts to facilitate collections
  • Submit credit and loan applications to management for review and approval
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a related field (e.g., finance, accounting)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage finance or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
