About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Systems Analyst/Programmer to join our Corporate IT team at our Burnaby office. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a multi-faceted role that involves enterprise application configuration, development, technical troubleshooting, testing, and enterprise application administration/support.

Your Responsibilities
  • Configure, develop, and troubleshoot ERP systems
  • Design, develop, and maintain Python and C# applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions
  • Work collaboratively with the IT team to manage stakeholder requests
  • Regularly update knowledge base and change management system, as well as document all necessary actions and system enhancements
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing codebase
  • Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry trends
About You
  • Hold a degree in Computer Science or other relevant education
  • Have 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Python and C#
  • Have a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles
  • Have experience with software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
  • Have experience developing, configuring, and troubleshooting JD Edwards preferred
  • Have experience with web development frameworks such as Django, Flask, ASP.NET, or.NET Core
  • Have knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Have familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to foster positive productive professional relationships, with customer service approach
  • Be able to solve problems and use sound judgment for decision making
  • Have strong attention to detail
