Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Gutter Protection Installer to join our team at Leaf Home. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing gutter protection systems at customer locations, ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to customer locations to install gutter protection systems
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete installations
  • Ensure all installations meet company standards and quality expectations
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with installation leads and other team members to achieve installation goals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ years of experience in home construction, remodeling, or gutter installation
  • Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in gutter and/or gutter protection system installation, repair, or inspection
  • Knowledge of company policies and procedures
  • Ability to work overtime and flexible scheduling
