Senior Cybersecurity Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cybersecurity Advisor to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Information Security Office, you will play a strategic and cross-functional analysis role, defining and managing the cross-functional demand management process for unplanned initiatives impacting the information security industry.
Your Responsibilities- Conduct an inventory, establish targets, and set up the sector's decision-making process, including documentation of committees, decisions impacting information security, and the Bank.
- Set up and manage tools, such as grids, document structure, dashboards, etc.
- Understand, analyze, and guide cross-cutting initiatives impacting the sector, preparing recommendations for the CISO Management Committee.
- Work closely with the Portfolio Management team to ensure alignment and strategic planning.
- Manage ongoing relationships with initiative leaders and all stakeholders.
You will be part of a large team of about forty colleagues, reporting to the Senior Director of the Office of Efficiency and Performance within the Office of Information Security. Our team is known for its collaborative and agile environment, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

- Completed bachelor's or master's degree, related to the sector of activity, with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in business process improvement, analytics, and project management.
- Mastery of Atlassian tools, such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Fluency in English and French, with the ability to collaborate with regulators and authorities outside Quebec.
