  • Preparing tenders and quotations
  • BUILDING FOUNDATIONS, INSTALLING FLOOR BEAMS, LAYING SUBFLOORING, AND ERECTING WALLS AND ROOF SYSTEMS
  • FITTING AND INSTALLING WINDOWS, DOORS, STAIRS, MOULDINGS, AND HARDWARE
  • SCHEDULING AND COORDINATING WORK ON SITES
  • ESTIMATING COSTS AND MATERIALS
  • OPERATING CADD AND OTHER COMPUTER SOFTWARE SYSTEMS
  • MAINTAINING, REPAIRING, AND RENOVATING RESIDENCES AND WOODEN STRUCTURES IN MILLS, MINES, HOSPITALS, INDUSTRIAL PLANTS, AND OTHER ESTABLISHMENTS

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the trade
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • A combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, handling heavy loads, and working with minimal supervision

We also require excellent communication skills, as you will be working closely with clients and colleagues.
