Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP System Administrator to join our team at Systematix. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our SAP systems.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP Basis administration, with expertise in ABAP and Java programming. You will be responsible for daily monitoring of core SAP systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and ensuring the optimal performance of our SAP instances.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrating and maintaining multiple SAP instances
  • Performing comprehensive performance assessments and providing recommendations
  • Identifying root causes for failures and performance issues
  • Daily monitoring of core SAP systems and resolving issues
  • Maintaining system documentation and collaborating with the ABAP development team
  • Managing the SAP CTS to ensure proper transport promotion
  • Troubleshooting and monitoring SAP ABAP and Java systems
  • Collecting, documenting, and reviewing requirements into technical design documents
  • Participating in SAP system upgrades and researching options for issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP Basis administration
  • Expertise in ABAP and Java programming
  • Strong knowledge of SAP software suite and best practices
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business terms
  • Strong bilingual communication skills in French and English
