About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Car Washer - Detailing Specialist to join our team at AMOS MAZDA. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of cleanliness and presentation of our vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cleaning Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate various cleaning machines and equipment to clean the interior and exterior of motor vehicles.
  • Clean Vehicles: Clean and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles, including windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
  • Perform General Cleaning Duties: Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping floors, and vacuuming.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Environment: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Certifications: Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience: Experience with carpet cleaning machines, chemical cleaning equipment, polishing machines, and waxing machines.
  • Cleaning Experience: Experience cleaning carpets, rugs, buses, automobiles, and trucks.
  • Physical Capabilities: Manual dexterity, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, and repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, reliability, and team player.
