- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that our financial resources are utilized effectively.
- Address customer complaints or concerns, providing prompt and courteous service.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Permanent employment.
- English as the primary language of communication.
- 40 hours per week.
