About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Project Engineer to join our team at Soucy Motorsports. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative accessories for motorsports vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transform customer requirements into manufactured products, managing all stages of product development within time and cost constraints.
  • Coordinate resources working on projects, including designers and prototypists.
  • Lead the team in analyzing and resolving problems.
  • Provide technical support to the team.
  • Follow up on projects with clients, including conference calls and meetings.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
  • Functional English, as our customers are mainly English-speaking.
  • Passion for mechanics and any kind of 'thing' on wheels.
  • Availability to travel on occasion.
