Job Title: Produce Clerk

At Metro Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Produce Clerk to join our team. As a Produce Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive the freshest and highest-quality produce products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare produce products for retail display and sale to customers in a safe and sanitary manner.
  • Service customers in a courteous, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Stock merchandise and create displays to attract customers and promote sales.
  • Develop and maintain strong product knowledge and attention to detail to ensure that customers receive the best possible service.
  • Work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
Requirements:
  • Customer service driven with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds.
