About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Specialist at our Bay centre. As a Retail Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience and driving sales growth for Freedom Mobile.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Freedom Mobile's products and services.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong product knowledge and technical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
