Job Summary
Watson Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Senior Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for implementing physician-directed plans of care and providing exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
- Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and families
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Registered Nursing
- 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in ER or Med/Surg floor
- Current RN licensure in Florida
- Current CPR certification
- ACLS/PALS certification within 3 months of employment
