Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate fuel dispensers, propane dispensers, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Perform daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
  • Process fuel and merchandise payments, handle customer transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Receive, unpack, and display merchandise, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives, promoting products and services to customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager, including assisting with inventory management and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Must be 16 years old (government regulation for dispensing fuel and propane).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Cash handling and customer service experience is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and as part of a team.
  • Some heavy lifting is required (up to 50 lbs).
  • Dispensing fuel experience is an asset; training available.
