Job Description:

  • \
  • Support clients to be as safe and independent in their homes as possible.\
  • Provide personal care to clients in their home, assist them to mobilize and perform light exercises.\
  • Act at all times with the client and their family at the heart of all you do, observing, documenting, and reporting any changes in their condition to your Manager/Supervisor.\
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide feedback to management as required.\

Requirements:

  • Alberta HCA Directory Registry.\
  • A clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening within the last 6 months.\
  • Proof of a negative TB test within the last 12 months.\
  • Ability to travel from home to home within the community.\
  • Commitment to work every other weekend.\
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.\
  • Reliability and strong organizational skills.\
  • Ability to push, pull, twist, kneel stand and safely lift up to 35 lbs.\
