About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and physically fit individual to join our team as a Landscaping Laborer at Rainmakers Landscaping. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining our clients' outdoor spaces, ensuring they look their best at all times.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including planting, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Perform various tasks such as cutting grass, raking, and collecting refuse.
  • Remove litter and garbage, and cart and spread topsoil and other materials.
  • Lay sod or seed, and water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads and performing physically demanding tasks. You must be able to work under pressure and have a combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience an asset.
  • Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, and team player.
