Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization in its mission to proclaim Jesus Christ and the joy of the Gospel to the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to the organization, ensuring alignment with our mission and values.
  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to secure financial support for our programs and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, staff, and external partners.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our programs and services.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, non-profit management, or theology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a non-profit or religious organization.
  • Proven track record of fundraising success, with a strong network of donors and supporters.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, finances, and resources effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in broadcasting, communications, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Catholic theology and tradition, with a deep understanding of the Church's mission and values.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English and French.
