We are looking for a skilled Case Manager II - Child Permanency Specialist to join our team at Seven Hills Foundation. In this role, you will provide critical support to children and families by facilitating the adoption process.
Your primary responsibilities will include managing cases of children with a goal of permanency, conducting individual, group, and family evaluations and treatment services, and performing home visits, assessments, and adoption evaluations. You will also participate in adoption events and maintain relationships with Department of Children and Families (DCF) case referral sources.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. A Master's degree in social work from a Council on Social Work Education accredited school or a related master's degree is essential, along with valid Massachusetts social work licensure and a valid driver's license.
