About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Resident Agricultural Service Technician to join our team at Reesink Canada Holdings. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers in Manitoba.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on agricultural machinery
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on agricultural equipment
  • Attend breakdowns and provide timely support to customers
  • Complete job sheets and forms for warranty claims
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Relevant mechanical trade qualifications
  • Ability to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Experience with CAN bus decoding preferred
  • Full driver's license and ability to drive standard equipment
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
Work Environment

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to outside weather conditions, moving mechanical parts, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud, and the employee will be occasionally exposed to high temperatures, fumes, and toxic or caustic chemicals.
