We are seeking a skilled and experienced BMW Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing client and dealership vehicles while maintaining a positive relationship with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine and diagnose vehicles to identify repair needs
  • Discuss repairs with shop foreman or service advisor to ensure accurate estimates
  • Communicate additional service requests to service advisor to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Plan work procedures in cooperation with shop foreman to optimize efficiency
  • Provide labor time estimates to service advisor to ensure accurate billing
  • Monitor repair time and update service advisor regularly to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain strict adherence to dealership policies on vehicle care and operation to ensure quality service
  • Complete story and/or documentation for client repairs to ensure accurate records
  • Assist in mentoring technician trainees to ensure knowledge transfer and development
  • Attend company and BMW training to stay up-to-date on latest technologies and techniques
  • Understand and follow federal, provincial, and local regulations (such as disposal of hazardous waste) to ensure compliance
Requirements:
  • High school diploma and valid Technician license
  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid Driver's License, ODP Certified
Compensation:

We offer a competitive flat rate system based on qualifications, with benefits included after a probationary period.
