About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IVVQ Test Engineer to join our Ottawa-based team. As a key member of our Integration, Verification, Validation, and Quality (IVVQ) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing test plans and procedures to verify and validate product requirements;
  • Planning and executing test events to ensure successful product delivery;
  • Analyzing requirements and contributing to the development of traceability matrices;
  • Developing test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage of product functionality;
  • Collaborating with system engineers to identify and analyze defects.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in software verification and validation;
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with test case development and execution, requirements analysis, and test management tools;
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire and maintain Canadian Secret, Controlled Goods, ITAR, NATO Secret, and COMSEC security clearances.
