Job Summary
We are hiring a part-time Softgoods Associate for our store. As a Softgoods Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service, following up on hot selling items, and maintaining planograms and labels.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience
- Monitor and maintain stock levels, including receiving and processing shipments
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records
- Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a visually appealing store environment
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for long periods of time
- Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
