The successful candidate will be responsible for developing creative technical solutions, preparing visually compelling graphic presentations, and managing multiple projects and budgets effectively.

We're looking for someone with a strong understanding of local standards and contract requirements, as well as experience working with BIM principles, REVIT software, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Landscape Architects, Architects, Engineers, and Planners on internal and external projects.
  • Develop innovative technical solutions and prepare engaging graphic presentations.
  • Assist in preparing conceptual designs, design development documents, and construction documents.
  • Manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines effectively.
  • Assist in preparing design briefs, cost estimates, and technical reports.
  • Manage client and stakeholder expectations, consultant coordination, and approvals.
  • Evaluate project deliverables against local standards and contract requirements.
  • Support contract administration and site inspections.

Qualifications

  • Professional degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited program or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Landscape Architect.
  • Member or Associate Member of OALA or eligibility for membership.
  • Federal enhanced security clearance required.
  • Prior knowledge of BIM principles, REVIT software, AutoCAD, Civil3D, Rhino, and Microsoft 365 environments is preferred.

Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
