Job Title: Technical Secretary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Secretary to join our team at ARdeco Design and Developments Corp. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our project management team, ensuring the smooth execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and arrange seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Manage the flow of information within the team, ensuring timely and accurate communication
  • Direct and control daily operations, including supervising staff and evaluating daily performance
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including budgeting and expenditure control
  • Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
  • Manage contracts, training, and development strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to employee questions and complaints
  • Perform data entry, compile data, and statistics, and prepare reports
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Conduct research and provide recommendations to the project management team
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
