Job Title: Senior Associate, Consulting

At RMgX Technologies LLP, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our Consulting team. As a Senior Associate, you will play a key role in helping us design and build elegant, data-driven digital solutions for complex business problems.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work collaboratively with our Agile Software Development Team to implement new functionality based on business requirements.
  2. Contribute to the design and architecture of software solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.
  3. Design and develop high-quality code using unit testing frameworks, ensuring seamless integration with our existing systems.
Requirements:
  1. 4-6 years of experience as a Java developer with a professional organization.
  2. Active hands-on experience in Java 8 and above.
  3. Strong understanding of OOPS concepts and data structures.
  4. Experience with Spring Framework and related software such as Spring transaction, Spring Security, etc.
  5. Experience with Java Annotation, Templates, Thread Pool.
  6. Sound RDBMS concepts and experience with Oracle 12c, MySQL technologies.
  7. Hands-on experience with build and deployment tools including Maven, logging and debugging using Slf4j and Log4j, unit and integration testing using JUnit.
  8. Ability to quickly produce services with a high degree of quality.
  9. Excellent team player with good analytical, strategic planning, and interpersonal communication skills.
