Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to join our team at Leadbond Development Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Budgeting: Prepare and submit accurate construction project budget estimates.
  • Team Management: Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of 3-4 people.
  • Scheduling: Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones, and monitor progress.
  • Quality Control: Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control.
  • Budget Management: Plan and manage budgets for construction projects.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project progress.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
