We are seeking a Commercial Snow Removal Specialist to join our team at Clintar Brampton, ON. As a key member of our snow management team, you will be responsible for safely clearing snow and ice from commercial properties using tractors, loaders, and skid steers.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in snow removal, with a proven track record of ensuring clean sites and preventing property damage. You will also be required to respond promptly to emergency calls, maintain communication with supervisors or dispatch, and work in challenging weather conditions, including cold temperatures, snowstorms, and overnight shifts.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $**, a bonus plan for every hour worked of $5 an hour, paid holiday time, paid annual vacation policy, life insurance, AD&D policy, long-term disability, dental and vision care, and extended healthcare. Our on-call part-time roles often involve overtime pay and a season-end bonus for full-shift commitments.
