Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Young Minds Preschool LTD. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. You will lead activities, encourage creativity, and establish collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote the overall development of children
  • Lead activities that foster creativity, social skills, and emotional intelligence
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents or guardians
  • Attend staff meetings to discuss progress and problems of children
Requirements:
  • Member of the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE)
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Criminal record check and vulnerable sector check
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in early childhood education
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
