Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Sales Representative to join our team at Mobile Savvy. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting sales to existing clients, identifying and soliciting potential clients, and assessing client needs to recommend appropriate goods or services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of goods or services
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts
  • Provide input into product design where goods or services must be tailored to suit client needs
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
  • Review and adapt information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions
  • Resolve product and service-related problems
  • Provide customer service
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales or a related field
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30-hour workweek. The work language is English.
