- Store Operations
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing inventory, processing sales, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to management.
- Inventory Management
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that stock is ordered and received in a timely manner.
- Merchandising
- Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or retail management.
- Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in a retail management role, with a proven track record of success.
- Language
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
