About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Water Damage Restoration Technician to join our team at First Onsite - CA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by restoring their properties after water damage incidents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to emergency calls and assess water damage situations
  • Develop and implement restoration plans to minimize damage and ensure safe working conditions
  • Operate and maintain equipment such as pumps, dehumidifiers, and ozone generators
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless restoration processes
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards
  • Collaborate with our construction and content teams to ensure efficient restoration
  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • At least 1 year of experience in the construction or restoration industry (relevant cleaning experience may be considered)
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Availability for regular shifts, including on-call and after-hours work
  • A valid driver's license is preferred but not required
