Unit Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Unit Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's restaurant. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary of $55,000 per year.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food. They will also train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
As a Unit Supervisor, you will work closely with our kitchen and food service helpers to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and ensure that our menu items are prepared to the highest standards.
In this role, you will be required to estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, address customers' complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
Requirements and Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in food service management or related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
