**Job Summary**

Brandt is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team in the Compact Construction Equipment division. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the assigned territory.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the features and benefits of our equipment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies

**Requirements**

  • Proven sales experience in the construction equipment industry, preferably with a focus on compact construction equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong knowledge of the construction equipment market, including industry trends and competitor activity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results-oriented sales performance
  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally, as required
