- Provide anesthesia and monitoring for patients and discharge patients after surgery.
- Lead the hospital team of three associates and locums or casual staff when required.
- Monitor and approve timesheets of associates, including production reporting.
- Oversee performance and performance documentation for the team.
- Manage locum hours for reporting.
- Monitor stock and inventory.
- Oversee clinic site for repairs or maintenance.
- Daily deposits.
- Scheduling of associates and locums to meet appointment needs.
- Meet with Vendors when necessary and schedule info sessions for learning.
- Meet with your Senior Leader and review bi-weekly and monthly initiatives, goals and financials.
- Graduated from an accredited VT program.
- Registered with governing body (BCVTA).
- Required CE hours to keep registration current.
