Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Body Repairer to join our team at Focus Auto Body & Glass. As an Automotive Body Repairer, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicles to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and assess damaged vehicles to determine the extent of the repairs needed
  • Clean and maintain a safe and organized work environment
  • Replace and repair damaged body panels, doors, and frames
  • File, grind, and sand body surfaces to ensure a smooth finish
  • Mask and tape surfaces in preparation for painting
  • Remove and replace damaged fenders, panels, and grills
  • Repair or replace interior components, including seats, carpets, and trim
  • Repair or replace damaged windows, windshields, and sunroofs
  • Straighten bent frames using specialized equipment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the automotive body repair industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy equipment and parts
