Mechanical Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at Kuzco Lighting Inc. As a Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing mechanical systems and solutions for our lighting products.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for improvement in mechanical systems and design.
- Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and equipment using SolidWorks and AutoCAD software.
- Analyze dynamics and vibrations of mechanical systems and structures to ensure optimal performance.
- Supervise and inspect the installation of mechanical systems to ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Develop and implement maintenance standards, schedules, and programs to ensure optimal system performance.
- Investigate mechanical failures or unexpected maintenance problems to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Plan and manage projects, including preparing material, cost, and timing estimates, reports, and design specifications.
- Supervise technicians, technologists, and other engineers to ensure design specifications are met and projects are completed on time.
- Assess business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and innovation.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Mechanical Engineer with a strong background in mechanical design, analysis, and project management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Mechanics or Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and MS Office software. Knowledge of industrial processes and biological studies. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
