Job Title: Sales Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Inc.

Job Summary:

The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales representatives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or supervisory role.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Working Conditions:

The Sales Supervisor will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of sales representatives. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.Hours of Work:

30 hours per week.
