Job Summary:

Ledcor is seeking a highly skilled HS&E Advisor to join our construction division in La Ronge, Saskatoon. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  • Develop and implement effective safety procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with site leadership to develop and implement site-specific safety plans and programs.
  • Investigate incidents and near-misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and education to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
  • Monitor and report on safety performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in occupational health and safety in the construction industry.
  • Certificate or diploma in occupational health and safety.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
