Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Caregiving Specialist to join our team at Extendicare Canada Inc.

About the Role

This is a part-time opportunity that requires the ability to work independently and effectively manage time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and evaluate programs for cognitively and physically impaired individuals
  • Communicate with residents, staff, and other departments to meet resident needs
  • Maintain accurate records of program participation and resident progress
  • Provide meal assistance and complete safety checks as required
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in one-to-one and group program planning and implementation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
