Carpentry Professional

Antigo Construction is seeking a qualified Carpentry Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks including preparing estimates, reading blueprints, and measuring materials.
Responsibilities- Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs;
- Read blueprints, drawings and sketches to determine work requirements;
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials;
- Prepare layouts in conformance to building codes, using measuring tools;
- Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites;
- Survey building locations and levels;
- Supervise other workers;
- Maintain, repair and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants and other establishments.
This is a permanent position with 40 hours of work per week. The successful candidate will have 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field.
